No, we work for you the patient rather than the insurance company. WE can provide you with a detailed bill to turn into your insurance company for reimbursement. We expect payment when you book your appointment.

Our services are offered via Telemedicine. We do not have a physical location.

There are two ways to schedule an appointment. Click here to schedule your appointment. This will allow you to access the schedule and you can book a time that is available. You can also call us at to book an appointment time that works for you.

*Credit card confirmation ensures that patients arrive at their appointment and are on time.

**A $25 fee will be applied if you “No-Show” any appointment.

If you need labs, we can order it for you and you will use your insurance to help cover it.

Medications may be prescribed as part of your treatment plan if appropriate. The type of medications depends on your individualized treatment plan

Yes, absolutely

Yes, 10% off for nurses and military. We also offer discounts for membership services that are paid in advance. We offer complimentary services to those who qualify.

Every other Friday 9am-4pm
