Nonprescription Coaching Programs
Our nonprescription weight loss membership plans include personalized nutrition coaching, basal metabolic rate (BMR) calculations, and ongoing adjustments to keep you on track.

Includes 12 virtual visits with a personal nutrition coach, ongoing support, and BMR adjustments. - 5-Month Program — $135/month
Includes 10 coaching sessions, personalized nutrition strategies, and BMR monitoring. - 4-Month Program — $145/month
Includes 8 telehealth visits, individualized nutrition planning, and BMR adjustments. - 3-Month Program — $160/month
Includes 6 nutrition coaching visits with metabolic calculations and adjustments.
Prescription Weight Loss Membership Plans
For clients who qualify, we also offer nurse practitioner guided weight loss programs with prescription options. These programs are customized to your needs and include comprehensive telehealth visits, medication adjustments, and nutrition support.

FDA-approved for individuals with a BMI greater than 30, or greater than 27 with weight-related conditions such as high blood pressure or diabetes. Call for pricing.
